Our main purpose is to provide an open space that hasn't been saturated, enabling vulnerable people and their case workers in a non-judgemental environment to discover IRC where once it was not secure enough ... has now evolved to become something that will accommodate them. Although this is a UK based network, people from all over the world are welcome to join us. One thing you can rely on is that we are liberally underpopulated. We are interested in consumer groups and forums, support services and service users
